Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment & Shipping Policy:

Most orders received will be entered within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. During peak demand, orders may take longer to enter and ship. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday only, excluding any holidays. Orders are shipped via courier with tracking capabilities. Standard delivery time is 1-5 business days from the time of shipment. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please visit our Locations page on the website to contact Customer Service and we will work to locate the order and advise on a replacement. Note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We currently ship within the US. If you are located outside of this region and would like to place an order, visit our Locations page on the website, and contact a sales representative. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Return Policy:

All online sales are final. In extraordinary circumstances, any requests for exchange, refund or return not involving defective goods will be handled by us on a case-by-case basis and may be accepted or rejected by us at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25% of the total product value on all returns not involving defective goods. If you discover a material defect in the goods with respect to materials or workmanship, you may request an exchange, refund or return. If we confirm the existence of a material defect in the goods with respect to materials or workmanship and you request an exchange, refund or return within 5 business days of purchase, we will allow the requested exchange, refund, or return. All exchanges, refunds and/or returns shall be limited to the amount paid for the defective goods. Your sole remedy and our sole liability for defective goods shall be exchange, refund or return of such goods. Please contact your local branch (see Locations page on website) and speak with a sales representative for further details. Product testing and compatibility is the responsibility of the customer. 

Unless otherwise indicated by us all risk of loss or damage to goods in transit shall not pass to us until we receive delivery. No credit will be issued for original freight charges and custom fees or any fees or expenses required for shipping the goods back to us.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
